Offer Health Insurance For Your Team w/ No Eligibility
Or Participation Requirements
If you want to get small group medical insurance for your start-up, mom-and-pop, or micro-business, this year's Special Enrollment Period (SEP) is a godsend. Typically, group health insurance plans for small businesses require a minimum number of employees to participate, but that's not the case during Holiday Participation (Nov 1st – Dec 15th).
PLUS, there's NO REQUIREMENT for an employer contribution.
(Typically, employers must contribute 50% of the cost.)
But you have to act fast, or you'll miss your window. We can help!

What Makes The "Special Enrollment Period" So Special?
Typically, for group health plans, 70% of your employees need to opt in. However, during the Special Enrollment Period, due to a clause in the Affordable Care Act, that requirement is waived. You can even sign up if only one person gets insured. To qualify, you must have at least one W-2 employee on the plan who is not the owner or the owner's spouse.
You can get group coverage for your employees at other times of the year, but it's only during this window that you are free of many prerequisites you would otherwise have to meet.
Key Benefits
Lower Costs
Group plans are generally more stable to annual price increases with lower premiums (7% lower) and significantly lower deductibles (31% less).
Better Plans
Get better plan choices (like PPO!) than the individual market, with access to a more extensive network of doctors and hospitals.
Tax Benefits
Employees pay with pre-tax dollars and any employer contribution is 100% tax deductible.
Attract & Keep
Not only do medical benefits make your current employees feel valued, but they'll also help you find and retain the best talent.

Depending on the size of your group, it may take very little time for you to provide us with the information we need to submit your group for quoting. During the 4th quarter, we find that the carriers take about 3 to 5 days to return your initial quote. Once we have all of the rates, we will meet with you to discuss your options so you can talk with your employees.
Once you are ready to move forward, it typically takes a few days to distribute and return to us the necessary paperwork for the enrollment process.
