I am so pleased with the great customer service I received at Benefits Dallas. Pat, the Medicare Coordinator that assisted me, was outstanding! She found a Medicare Supplement that was over $1000.00 less per year, completed the application for me and kept me informed all along the way. In addition, she explained things in a manner that I could totally understand, which I so appreciated. I have been using Benefits Dallas since I first enrolled in Medicare 7 yrs ago and I am so thankful for their services.

We followed the recommendation to change our Medicare insurance to another insurer. The results were awful. My wife and I experienced a need to go to ER, were admitted but told our insurance didn't cover us. I changed back to the provider I had before, but my wife was not able to. When she was admitted just days before April, she was never told her insurance wasn't recognized by the hospital. We found out a week later in a letter, but too late to change insurance providers. Had they told us while she was in the hospital, we would have had two days to make that change. Now she is stuck with it for the rest of the year.
