Graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations and a minor in Business Finance. Gray holds the Series 7, Series 66, and Group 1 Life and Health licenses.

As a licensed Life and Health insurance agent, Ken earned both his Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Human Resource management. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on various non-profit boards.
